We Offer a Home Trade-in Program (even if you owe more on your existing home than it is worth)

We’d like to build your new home on your lot or ours. And to make this simple for you, we’re ready to buy your existing home* and pay you a full, fair price.

In order to make this offer, we require only the following 3 parameters:

* You must qualify for your mortgage financing for your new home, before we start construction of your home.
* Your existing home must be in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
* Your existing home value cannot exceed $350,000. If your home value is higher, we’d like to meet and discuss, but we cannot promise a purchase offer.

An attractive benefit to our purchase program is you are guaranteed to continue living in your existing home until your new home is completed and ready for your move-in! Therefore, when your new home is finished, both of your closings -the closing of your new home purchase from us and your existing home sale to us- will occur on the same day! What could be more convenient for you and your family??
