The three key members of Rose Creek Builders, LLC brings a combined construction experience of over 50 years. Between them, their experience touches all facets of building and development; from new neighborhood development and construction, new single homes, large and small commercial projects, multi family dwellings, and of course remodeling of all shapes and sizes. Although they pride themselves on keeping up with the latest and greatest trends in construction processes, finishes, and designs — sometimes it is nice to fall back on that experience to create the best end product for your home or business.
John Weber, President
John started his career in the construction industry on the commercial side, building hotels, Target and Best Buy stores around the country. He found his passion working with homeowners on remodels, new construction and condo build-outs years ago while working as the lead Project Manager for Halley’s Custom Homes. As President of Rose Creek Builders, John works as the main point of contact for homeowners through the building process. John coordinates subcontractors, architects and designers to ensure each project is kept within budget and adheres to the goals of the client.
Michael Halley, Vice President
Michael began in the real estate business in 1976 and is the founder of Halley’s Custom Homes and Halley Land Corporation. He has developed over 200 custom homes ranging up to $2 million and 30 residential subdivisions. Michael is often asked to consult on luxury home projects by engineers and homeowners. Currently, Michael has two townhome developments in progress – The “Sanctuary” in Minnetonka and “Enclave” in Eden Prairie.
Dave Mata, Director of Field Operations
Dave has over 20 years experience supervising residential construction. With over 1000 remodel and new construction projects under his belt, he’s seen it all. As the main point-person on job sites, Dave manages the subcontractors to make sure the work is done properly and on-schedule.
Shirley Varney, Office Administrator
Shirley handles all contracts, bookkeeping and billing for Rose Creek Builders. She is the main point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors for insurance issues and payments. She keeps us well organized and precise.
Theresa Weber, Director of Marketing
Theresa has 15 years of marketing experience working in advertising agencies. She maintains our website and social media accounts and develops marketing pieces for Rose Creek Builders.
